suam+yis sedikit demi sedikit dalam tepung sambil mengadunnya sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut. tutup bekas adunan dan biarkan adunan sekurang-kurang 30 minit&lt;br /&gt;4. ambil doh sebesar bola &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Seingat saya, setiap kali Hari Raya, mak saya akan beli 2 kilo tepung untuk dibuat kuih makmur. mujur adik beradik perempuan ada 7 orang nak menguli tepung. disebabkan ramai tetamu memang cari kuih ni kalau bertandang di rumah, so kuih ni memang kuih wajib setiap kali raya. sekarang ni dah duduk jauh dari family, kuih ni macam 'comfort food' pulak... haa terubat sikit homesick aku..huhu.. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Saya recommend resepi ni sebab memang sedap dan mudah dibuat. kalau u all tak nak letak whip cream pun takpe, rasa kek dia je memang sodap!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Bahan untuk kek&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;185 g/ 3/4 butter atau marjerin&lt;br /&gt;1 3/4 cawan gula kastor&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan tepung naik sendiri&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cawan serbuk koko&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu kecil essen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Bahan untuk caramel&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 telur kuning&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu kecil esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cawan susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan susu segar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kopi&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C) Bahan untuk aising&lt;/strong&gt;- satu kotak 'whip cream'- sebelum diputarkan, sediakan satu botol air mineral yang telah disejukkan dalam freezer selama 30 minit-1 jam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara memasak&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebelum mengadun ayak tepung dan serbuk koko supaya adunan tidak berketul-ketul dapat memasukkan udara kedalam adunan dan adunan dapat mengembang dengan sekata&lt;br /&gt;1. Putarkan butter/marjerin dan gula kastor sehingga mesra (gula kelihatan sudah sebati dengan butter/marjerin)&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan tepung naik sendiri+ serbuk koko yang telah diayak dan susu cair. part ini saya lakukan dengan tangan dan bukan mixer sebab kalau dengan mixer adunan akan merecik masa masukkan susu cair&lt;br /&gt;4. letakkan adunan dalam loyang yang telah disapu marjerin/minyak dan bakar dalam oven bersuhu 160 darjah celcius selama 18-20 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat caramel&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan semua bahan dalam satu periuk dan adun sehingga sebati.masak menggunakan api kecil sambil mengacau sehingga adunan menjadi kental. sejukkan seketika sebelmu meletakkan diantara lapisan kek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat whip cream&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.
